Job summary

Westmor Industries is hiring a Sandblaster to prepare metal for painting through sandblasting, perform daily maintenance on blast equipment, and operate forklifts on the 4:30 pm–5:00 am shift. You will work on the shop floor delivering precise, high-quality results with a strong emphasis on safety.

We offer weekly pay, boot reimbursements up to $125, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation, a 401(k) with 5% company match, and on-the-spot bonuses up to $100.

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent attendance, arriving on time and ready to work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good communication.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precision and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal for painting through sandblasting.
• Perform daily maintenance routines on blast equipment.
• Clean blast booth, lights and change filters.
• Operate forklifts according to safe operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
