Job summary

A growing metal fabricating company in Akron, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Industrial Sand Blaster. The role requires a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude, along with the ability to operate and maintain sand blast equipment. This position is in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety. The ideal candidate must be open to working in different areas of the plant and will be subject to a physical and drug screen. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of industrial experience.
• Good attendance is required.
• Ability to operate and maintain sand blast equipment.
• Must be able operate and maintain sand blast equipment.
• Must be focused on working safe.
• Experience with fork truck and overhead crane preferred but not required.
• Must be open to working in other areas of the plant when needed.
• Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen.
