Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, seeks a Safety-focused Maintenance Laborer to help keep our plant and equipment running smoothly in Gravette, AR. You’ll work with experienced teams to perform maintenance, operate heavy equipment, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on conveyors and machinery.
• Safely operate heavy equipment (Bobcats, skid steers, loaders, man lifts).
• Inspect equipment daily and document findings per policy.
• Assist in training less-experienced teammates.
• Follow Foreman's directions and maintain safety standards.
