Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a Maintenance Laborer to keep our plant and equipment running at peak performance. You will perform routine maintenance, use hand and power tools, and assist with repairs, including welding when needed.

We value safety, teamwork, and reliability. Candidates must pass drug tests and background checks, and are expected to work overtime and travel as required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and fitness assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs and servicing.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on conveyors, belts, bearings, gearboxes, and systems.
• Safely operate heavy equipment such as Bobcats, skid steers, loaders, and man lifts.
• Inspect equipment daily and document findings per policy.
