Job summary

Sysco's World Class Sales Team in the San Francisco, CA area seeks an experienced outside sales professional to promote our products and services and to build relationships with new and existing accounts. The role may require working some non-traditional hours to meet customers' needs and goals.

The position offers a competitive base salary, bonus opportunities, car allowance (mileage reimbursement for CA), and a comprehensive benefits package including stock purchase and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED with 3 years of restaurant management, B2B or outside sales experience.
• Bi-Lingual (preferred).
• Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, Chef experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts within the territory to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects and research customer business needs to tailor product/service mix.
• Educate customers on product information, pricing, availability, and usage.
