Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in printing and scanning production.
• Knowledge of material movement through the printing process.
• Ability to read a standard tape measure.
• Able to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and prioritize orders based on customer needs and machine capabilities.
• Process PDFs and graphics files from multiple sources.
• Ensure resources (media, fonts, graphics) are available.
• Evaluate output and adjust for desired image quality.
• Troubleshoot printing process issues.
• Inspect finished work for sharpness and accuracy.
• Perform minor maintenance and keep a clean workspace.
• Provide good customer service and maintain accounts.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Package and deliver finished work to customers or next department.
• Report mechanical failures to management.
• Load/unload print materials and maintain safety.
