Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Lakeside, CA to oversee daily driver routes, ensure service quality, and enforce DOT compliance. You will manage branch performance, safety, and personnel, while striving to meet revenue goals and budgets.

The role requires leadership experience, familiarity with DOT regulations, and a focus on customer excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years in management or leadership experience
• Experience managing DOT-regulated drivers and vehicles (preferred)
• 4-year degree preferred
• Demonstrated good people skills, decision-making ability, and problem-solving
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage daily driver route assignments and ensure routes are performed as designed
• Lead service team to meet customer needs while complying with DOT regulations
• Maintain safety processes and standards and perform routine safety inspections
• Monitor branch performance: productivity, overtime, hours per stop, service quality, and assets
• Provide leadership to Branch Operations staff and conduct annual performance appraisals
• Drive branch P&L and annual plan, meet monthly revenue goals and budgets
