Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to keep a healthcare facility clean, safe, and comfortable for residents and staff. You will perform cleaning, sanitizing, bed linens, trash disposal, and room maintenance as part of a responsive facilities team.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work scheduled weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dust, clean, wash, and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, equipment as directed.
• Sanitize toilets, sinks, showers, floors, tables, chairs, countertops.
• Maintain clean kitchen and overall building cleanliness.
• Make beds and change linens.
• Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs; mop hard floors.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste; tidy resident rooms.
