Overview

Become a full-time Field Sales Manager for Samsung Electronics America (SEA)! The role involves maximizing SEA's market position, product penetration, and profitability within an assigned market. You will lead a field sales team to increase sales, brand awareness, and retail excellence, ensuring a positive consumer experience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for success.

Schedule
  • Typically work Tuesday-Saturday, schedule may vary based on business needs.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends to support retail partnerships.

Job Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales and operational KPIs.
  • Gather market intelligence and communicate insights.
  • Analyze reports to identify revenue and market share opportunities.
  • Build relationships with retail staff to ensure merchandising excellence.
  • Deepen understanding of Samsung's product lines.
  • Lead and train Samsung Experience Consultants and partner with 3PL management.
  • Conduct in-store consumer engagement events.
  • Train team members on sales frameworks and validate execution.
  • Model sales framework execution by selling directly to consumers.
  • Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales data analysis, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
