Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high-demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy.
• Ensure customers have the latest product information when making a purchase decision.
• Build relationships with Best Buy staff through training and collaboration.
• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services in-store.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and staff.
• Maintain retail brand standards in merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete daily sales reporting and retail insights.
