Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Logistics Safety Coordinator within the Security Operations Center. You will monitor driver safety, review telematics data, and escalate incidents to ensure 24/7 safety of transportation logistics across the United States.

You will analyze safety trends, manage events, and partner with Operations, Risk and HR to drive coaching and accountability for drivers, while maintaining thorough documentation for audits and investigations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2+ years in SOC, logistics monitoring, fleet management, or related field.
• Experience with telematics systems (Samsara preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify risk patterns.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with field teams and leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, real-time operational environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, O365) and data reporting tools.
• Experience in supply chain risk management or logistics safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Driver Safety Monitoring & Risk Detection across the logistics network.
• Monitor real-time transportation risk behaviors; identify high-risk actions.
• Review safety camera events and driver safety scores for risk insights.
• Detect and assess safety and security incidents; escalate as needed.
• Support real-time intervention for critical driver safety events.
• Pull, review, and document video footage and telematics data.
• Route events and clips to Safety leadership for timely action.
• Track coaching actions and follow-up requirements; input records.
• Maintain event documentation for audits, claims and investigations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk and HR for coaching and accountability.
