Job summary

GardaWorld Security Operations Center is seeking a Logistics Safety Coordinator to oversee nationwide transportation safety. You will leverage Samsara to monitor driver behavior, review safety events, and ensure driver safety compliance while mitigating logistics risk.

You will partner with Operations, Risk, and HR to support coaching, incident review, and leadership reporting. Strong analytical skills and experience with telematics are essential in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Probable 1–2+ years in security operations or logistics monitoring.
• Proficient with telematics/fleet data tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time transportation risk behaviors and driver safety events.
• Review video footage and telematics data to identify high-risk patterns.
• Escalate incidents and coordinate with leadership for timely action.
• Analyze fleet data to support safety program improvements and KPIs.
