Job summary

Allied Solutions is seeking a Sales and Account Management Support Coordinator to join the SAMS team, delivering operational and administrative support that enhances sales and retention and reduces administrative burden for the Field.

The role collaborates across Sales, Product Management, Underwriting, Risk Management Operations, and other SEO teams to coordinate, produce, and distribute client-facing proposals, presentations, and reports, while supporting CRM, inventory, printing, and shipping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of work‑related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing, or an equivalent combination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, coordinate, produce, format, and distribute proposals, presentations, reports, and other sales materials.
• Ensure all deliverables meet SLAs, field specs, and brand standards.
• Monitor SAMS inbox and route requests to appropriate coordinators.
• Coordinate task assignment with SAMS Manager for higher-level work.
• Update accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activity records in Infor CRM.
• Coordinate printing, binding and shipping of sales and training materials.
• Maintain inventory and purchase materials when stock is low.
