Job summary

Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Packing Associate to pick and pack wallcoverings for clients at our Fairfield, NJ headquarters. The role reports to the Sampling Fulfillment Manager and runs Monday to Friday, 10:30am–7:30pm. You will master sampling, meet SLAs, and contribute to an efficient fulfillment operation.

The position emphasizes 5S discipline, strong organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional lifting and long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Excellent time management.
• Previous experience in fulfillment centers is a plus.
• Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks is a plus.
• Fork lift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become a master of Sampling: pick, pack, and process samples with precision.
• Hit internal and external SLAs; streamline processes and improve fulfillment efficiency.
• Share ideas with the team and management to improve the system.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and clean workspace at all times.
• Handle sample receiving from inbound inventory and ensure proper placement.
