Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Sales Ambassador to engage customers, sample products, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare food, sample produce, and promote new items while delivering exceptional service.

You will also coordinate events, manage samples and inventory, and ensure food safety standards. This role emphasizes communication, energy, and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in retail or food settings.
• Ability to engage customers and demonstrate products.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to cooking directions.
• Capacity to stand at the tasting station for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers while sampling products.
• Prepare and serve food using standard equipment.
• Cut and sample produce and grocery items.
• Help achieve sales goals by promoting products.
• Coordinate event activities and setup/takedown.
• Communicate events in department meetings.
• Manage sample inventory and supplies.
• Prepare event recaps and maintain equipment.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and complete trainings.
