Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Sales Ambassador to engage customers at the tasting station, sample products, and help drive sales in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will prepare and sample items, follow cooking directions, and coordinate events with team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy with a passion for Sprouts products.
• Thrives on customer engagement and suggesting products.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow cooking directions and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing or event planning.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products.
• Preparing and serving food using induction cooktops and other equipment with specific directions.
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery items.
• Achieving sales goals by promoting products and encouraging trials.
• Coordinating event activities including setup, takedown, and communications in department meetings.
• Managing sample inventory and preparing event recaps.
• Maintaining program equipment and adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Completing online trainings to build knowledge base.
