Job summary

DSM Nutritional Products in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Sampling Compounder for 1st shift. You will follow production, quality and safety procedures, and accurately compound materials according to approved formulas. Important GMP/HACCP compliance and 5S discipline help protect product integrity.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of packing compounder experience and the ability to stand most of the day. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and a full benefits package aligned to industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience as a packing compounder.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Follow all approved production, quality, food safety, and safety procedures.
• Comply with GMP, HACCP, PRPs, OPRPs, and CCP monitoring requirements as assigned.
• Accurately compound materials according to approved formulas and batch instructions.
• Prevent contamination and product mix ups by maintaining proper ventilation, 5S housekeeping, and PPE.
• Immediately report any quality deviations, food safety hazards, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Operate pumps, filters, scales, computer systems and other production equipment throughout processing, storage, and transfer.
