Job summary

DSM Princeton is seeking a 2nd shift Compounder to support production of safe, high-quality products. You will follow GMP, HACCP, and all quality and safety procedures while accurately compounding materials according to approved formulas and batch instructions.

You will operate pumps, filters, scales, and related equipment, and report any deviations promptly to supervision. Maintain 5S housekeeping, monitor equipment, ensure proper ventilation, and comply with spill-response procedures, all

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
1–3 years of experience working as a packing compounder.
Knowledge of GMP.
Knowledge of HACCP.
Ability to stand for 60–90% of the workday.
Ability to frequently lift a 35-lb product hose.

Responsibilities

Follow all approved production, quality, food safety, and safety procedures.
Comply with GMP, HACCP, PRPs, OPRPs, and CCP monitoring requirements as assigned.
Accurately compound materials according to approved formulas and batch instructions.
Prevent contamination and product mix-ups by maintaining proper ventilation, 5S housekeeping, operating material‑handling equipment safely, wearing required PPE, and following chemical handling and spill‑response procedures.
Immediately report any quality deviations, food safety hazards, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to supervision.
Maintain product integrity by properly operating pumps, filters, scales, computer systems, and other production equipment throughout processing, storage, and transfer.
