Job summary

DSM Nutritional Products in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Compounder on the 2nd shift to execute compounding and material-handling tasks with precision. You will follow GMP, HACCP, and QA procedures to ensure each batch meets quality and safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of packing compounder experience, knowledge of GMP/HACCP, ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 35 lb. We offer a comprehensive rewards package and growth opportunities within a science-led company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience working as a packing compounder.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Follow all approved production, quality, food safety, and safety procedures.
• Accurately compound materials according to approved formulas and batch instructions.
• Maintain product integrity by operating pumps, filters, scales, computer systems and other production equipment.
• Immediately report any quality deviations, food safety hazards, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to supervision.
