Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Sampling Compounder for the 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm) to perform precise compounding and material handling in a GMP/HACCP environment. You will follow all production, quality, and safety procedures, and report any deviations promptly.

The role requires 1–3 years of packing compounder experience, ability to stand most of the day, and lift 35–50 lbs. A strong emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience as a packing compounder.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
• Ability to stand for 60–90% of the workday and lift 35–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow approved production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Comply with GMP, HACCP, PRPs, OPRPs, and CCP monitoring requirements.
• Accurately compound materials according to formulas and batch instructions.
• Report quality deviations or safety hazards to supervision.
• Operate pumps, scales, computer systems and other production equipment.
