Job summary

Northern NV Jobs in Reno is seeking a Sample Preparation Technician to work with client samples and prepare them for analysis in our labs. You will perform routine prep tasks under supervision, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include ringing, sieving, crushing, loading drying ovens, maintaining production logs, cleaning, and assisting with layout tasks while following safety policies and quality standards.

• Ringing, sieving (including International Soils), crushing, splitting under direct supervision
• Loading and unloading drying ovens under supervision
• Maintain own production logs;
• General cleaning duties for basic lab cleanliness;
• May assist with layout duties/tasks
• Handling compositing, screen metallics, special handling requests, etc.;
• Inspecting equipment and inform senior employee if adjustment is required;
• analytical quality
• Observe established safety regulations and comply with all ALS health and safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Position
