Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) in Holt, MI is hiring a Login Technician/Courier. You will log and track receipt and shipment of all samples, document log-in, labeling and routing, and determine testing priority according to Chain of Custody procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and strong English skills; you will use LIMS to log samples, support lab operations, and ensure DOT-compliant handling.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, and speak).
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Laboratory or sample handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receives and unloads incoming samples in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Verifies receipts against Chain of Custody (COC).
• Notes discrepancies, clarifies and seeks resolution.
• Logs samples into the LIMS to assign job/sample numbers for tracking.
• Distributes paperwork to Project Managers and labels samples accordingly.
• Delivers samples to the appropriate analysis lab or walk-in.
• Forwards ICO samples to other laboratories as required, in accordance with DOT regulations.
