Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing is seeking a Login Technician I to handle receiving and processing samples, verify Chain of Custody, and accurately enter details into the laboratory database system. You will ensure samples meet SOPs for preservation and volume, and support timely reporting of test results.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, regulatory compliance, and high-quality customer service in a full-time, on-site environment in Wilsonville, OR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be familiar with MS Office programs (Outlook, Explorer, Excel, Word).
• Ability to lift 55 lbs routinely and stand for long periods.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming samples, including unpacking and labeling.
• Enter sample and Chain of Custody (COC) information accurately into the LIMS.
• Verify preservation, condition, and documentation per SOPs.
• Distribute samples to lab departments and storage locations.
• Support disposal activities and related documentation.
• Prepare bottle kits and assist with shipping and login operations.
• Clean and maintain lab equipment and supplies per SOPs.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
