Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year chemical manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
• Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens.
• Ability to be on your feet for 8-hour shift.
• Frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, fill, package, and label liquid, powder, and chemical materials while following established work instructions and quality standards.
• Utilize SAP, MES, and Weight Assisted Computer (WAC) systems to validate materials, manage inventory transactions, confirm pack-out quantities, and maintain accurate production records.
• Safely operate filling, material handling, forklift, and drum handling equipment while ensuring proper container closure, tamper-evident sealing, grounding, bonding, and equipment setup.
• Maintain material traceability and organization through proper labeling, storage practices, FIFO inventory management, and adherence to HACCP and GMP requirements.
• Perform cleaning, inspection, and restocking activities to ensure equipment, containers, and work areas meet quality, housekeeping, and operational standards.
• Support a strong safety culture by following all safety procedures, using appropriate PPE, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and immediately addressing or reporting unsafe conditions.
