Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Production Packer for 1st shift to ensure precise weighing, filling, and labeling of liquid chemicals. You will use SAP, MES, and Weight Assisted systems to track inventory, validate pack-outs, and maintain strict label controls while following GMP-safety practices.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or prior manufacturing experience), the ability to tolerate strong odors, and physical ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and fill liquid chemical materials into containers according to instructions and recipes.
• Follow packing procedures including scanning to validate materials and ensure correct labeling.
• Use SAP, MES and Weight Assisted Computer systems for inventory, packing records, and scrap tracking.
• Close containers, crimp and apply tamper-evident seals, and ensure proper label placement.
