Southern Illinois Healthcare is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide professional nursing care across multiple units.

You will assess patients, develop plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families to support recovery.

Required: current Illinois RN license, CPR/BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire; commitment to ongoing learning; and ability to float to other SIH units as needed.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care for SIH patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families to promote health.
• Document accurately in patient medical records.
• Float to other SIH nursing units within competency.
