Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham, is hiring a Nursing Assistant (LNA) for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with shifts between 5:30 am and 9:00 pm. There are no weekend or holiday requirements, and a $750 sign-on bonus is offered.

The base pay ranges from $19.47 to $31.09 per hour depending on experience. The role provides basic nursing care including assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, vital signs, specimen collection, and reporting changes to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• BLS certification is referenced as a credential in the job posting.
• Nursing Assistant experience or similar healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and records vital signs and weights per policy.
• Provides hands-on patient care including bathing, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Assists with grooming, meals, hydration, and basic first aid.
• Reports changes in patient condition to charge nurse or supervisor.
• Assists physicians and licensed nurses with treatments and procedures as needed.
