Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for full-time night shifts (36 hours weekly) at our facility in Dover. The LNA will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and document patient data under licensed supervision.

The role includes a $750 sign-on bonus and compensation based on experience. Expect on-site duties at 789 Central Avenue with thorough safety and care protocols and strong teamwork within a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience in patient care preferred (1–2 years).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and relevant certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record vital signs and patient data.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Support safe transfers and mobility assistance.
• Document care accurately in medical records.
• Communicate health concerns to nursing staff.
