Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS, CMA, EMT certifications preferred.
• Experience in patient care/elder care 1-2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately obtain and record vital signs, weights, heights, intake and output.
• Complete documentation in the medical record accurately and timely.
• Communicate with patients and families effectively.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Assist with turning, repositioning and safe transfers.
• Report health concerns promptly to nursing staff.
