Job summary

Oracle is seeking a PrincipalTechnical Learning Consultant to design, build, and lead learning programs for Oracle Health’s regulated product development teams. You will translate complex regulatory concepts into practical, role-based learning experiences for engineers, PMs, TPMs, and quality professionals.

Lead instructor‑led and digital programs that improve compliance, productivity, and execution quality across 10,000+ product developers, partnering with engineering, regulatory, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8 years of experience in medical device software or regulatory environments.
• Experience in regulated industries and understanding of SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programs for regulated product development.
• Teach on SaMD, lifecycle, risk, design controls, and regulatory docs.
