Job summary

Oracle Health seeks an experienced Principal Technical Learning Consultant to design and lead learning programs for regulated medical device software. You will translate complex regulatory and quality concepts into practical, role‑based learning experiences for engineers, product managers, TPMs, and leaders.

You will partner across development teams to build onboarding, certifications, and continuous education programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and product quality across more than 10,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8 years of experience in medical device software, healthcare technology, quality engineering, systems engineering, regulatory affairs, product development, or technical learning.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare/medical device or SaMD environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor‑led, workshop‑based, virtual, and self‑paced learning programs for regulated product development.
• Develop onboarding, role‑based learning paths, workshops, certifications, and continuous education programs.
• Create scalable learning strategies to improve competency, productivity, compliance, and execution quality.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and partner with leadership to identify capability gaps.
• Teach teams about SaMD, lifecycle processes, risk management, and regulatory guidance.
• Develop and deliver content on regulatory standards such as IEC/ISO frameworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, and Cybersecurity teams.
