Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Principal Technical Learning Consultant to design, build, and lead learning programs for regulated medical device software. You will translate complex regulatory concepts into practical, role-based training for engineers, product managers, TPMs, and quality professionals across Oracle Health's product development ecosystem, enabling safer, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field stated in the qualifications.
• 8 years of experience in medical device software, healthcare tech, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare or SaMD) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
• Experience with regulatory standards and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programs for regulated product development.
• Create onboarding paths, workshops, certifications, and ongoing education.
• Develop scalable strategies to improve competency, compliance, and execution.
• Assess needs and identify capability gaps with leadership.
• Teach about SaMD and regulatory lifecycle and controls.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, QA, regulatory teams to translate concepts.
• Develop content for tools, processes, and audits within QMS.
