Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Technical Learning Consultant to design, build, and lead learning programs for regulated medical device software across Oracle Health. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, healthcare technology, regulatory affairs, quality, education, instructional design, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in medical device software, healthcare technology, quality engineering, systems engineering, regulatory affairs, product development, TPM, or technical learning.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably healthcare, medical device, or SaMD.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
• Experience with requirements engineering, risk management, hazard analysis, traceability, V&V, design controls, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build learning programs for regulated medical device product development teams.
• Deliver instructor-led, workshop-based, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences.
• Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and translate complex regulatory concepts into practical learning.
• Collaborate across engineering, product management, regulatory affairs, and quality to scale learning content.
