Job summary

Oracle Health seeks a Principal Technical Learning Consultant to design, build, and lead learning programs for regulated medical device software. You will translate complex regulatory and quality concepts into practical, role-based training for engineers, TPMs, and product leaders.

Lead onboarding, certifications, and continuous education while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve competency, compliance, and execution quality across 10,000+ product development professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Technology, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in medical device software, healthcare technology, quality engineering, systems engineering, regulatory affairs, or technical learning.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare or SaMD.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
• Direct experience with requirements engineering, risk management, hazard analysis, traceability, verification & validation, and design controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, workshop-based, virtual, and self-paced learning programs for regulated product development.
• Teach learning experiences on SaMD, lifecycle processes, and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance to transform complex concepts into practical training.
• Measure learning effectiveness and iterate content based on feedback and audits.
