Job summary

Radius Recycling in Newark, CA is seeking a General Laborer I to join our production team. You will help process vehicles safely to produce core and scrap products, assist customers in pulling parts, and ensure environmental compliance while following all policies.

Responsibilities include working safely, removing fluids and components per procedures, preparing vehicles for parts access, dismantling engines and transmissions, and helping with shipment readiness and logs.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and hazard communications such as waste oil, gasoline, and flammable materials.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and promote a safety culture; wear PPE as required.
• Safely remove fluids, batteries, and other materials per procedures.
• Position vehicles for customer access to parts and restore the area after each set.
• Dismantle engines and transmissions and harvest materials per procedures.
• Assist customers and prepare shipments, logs, and equipment maintenance.
