Job summary

Radius Recycling in Stockton, CA seeks a General Laborer I to join the production team. You will help move vehicles, dismantle components, and prepare core and scrap products while maintaining safety and environmental practices.

This outdoor role requires physical stamina, weekend availability, and the ability to follow procedures. Training is provided, and benefits include medical, dental, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions, including safety messages and hazard communications.
• Ability to work required hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in various outdoor weather conditions, for the duration of a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely and follow safety procedures in yard.
• Position vehicles for customer access and prepare for shipment.
• Dismantle engines and remove components per procedures.
• Assist customers courteously and manage shipment packaging and logs.
• Maintain cleanup and environmental compliance in the work area.
