Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of employees in the department as instructed by supervisor/manager.
• Assist in training new and current employees.
• Assist and report productivity of each employee.
• Provide feedback on clients and transitional employees.
• Communicate problems or needs of employees to supervisor/manager.
• Assist in ensuring production goals are met.
• Assign work to maximize use of each person’s skills.
• Encourage and motivate employees to increase production output.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and legal requirements at all times.
