Operate packaging machinery safely in a manufacturing environment.
Read, write, and comprehend production instructions, schedules, and specs.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor machine adjustments.
Maintain documentation and ensure food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment for safe, continuous production.
Read production schedules and reports to plan packaging activities.
Print and manage packaging labels with printers and programs.
Perform nitrogen testing and monitor packaging specs for quality.
Set up packaging equipment including bag makers, scales, and case packers.
Perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and calibrations.
