Tallgrass Energy is seeking a Field Operations Monitor to oversee saltwater disposal sites, ensuring they remain fully operational and safe. The role focuses on efficient field support, system dispatch, and timely response to alarms while maintaining professional conduct and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising equipment fluid levels, coordinating water delivery with trucking partners, and providing detailed reports.

Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support field activities safety and efficiently.
• Utilize systems for dispatching, monitoring, and control of disposal systems.
• Respond to alerts/alarms per SOPs.
• Detect and respond to infrastructure alerts with appropriate action.
• Maintain equipment and fluid levels to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with trucking companies on water delivery.
• Ensure smooth shift turnovers via verbal and written communication.
• Record problems and actions; provide reports as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and high performance; work 12-hour rotations.
