Job summary

WaterBridge in South Texas is seeking a Facility Operator to assist in operations on Saltwater Disposals and Water Wells, ensuring regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance. The role involves daily operation checks, reporting, load verification, and maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 1 year on SWD sites, and be comfortable using iPhone and computer tools. Company-provided housing during shifts is offered in a field setting near Kenedy,

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience on saltwater disposal sites.
• Proficient with basic technology and digital tools (phone, computer programs).
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facility operations and prepare daily facility reports.
• Check loads to ensure fluid is acceptable for disposal.
• Clean out SWD filter baskets on the pumps.
• Inspect equipment and facility operating functions daily.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and saltwater disposal requirements.
• Gauge tanks and maintain up-to-date meter readings, compiling information into daily reports.
• Monitor water levels to keep tanks within operating parameters.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance daily.
