WaterBridge is looking for a Roustabout in Orla, TX, to assist in operations on Saltwater Disposals and Water Wells. Responsibilities include daily maintenance, gauging tank levels, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience in saltwater disposal sites. The position offers company-paid housing during shifts, medical, dental, vision coverage, and other benefits. A full-time commitment with day/night shifts and 14/7 rotation is expected.

Summary
The Roustabout is responsible for assisting in the operations on Saltwater Disposals and Water Wells.
Responsibilities
Assisting operators with daily preventive and corrective maintenance on SWD wells.
Gauging tank levels and keeping track of pump pressures.
Checking loads to ensure fluid is acceptable for disposal.
Inspecting equipment and facility operating functions on a daily basis.
Monitoring water levels at site to ensure tanks are within their operating parameters.
Monitoring and accounting for skim oil volumes removed from facility.
Reporting safety/environmental issues to management.
Understanding and adhering to all Safety and Environmental rules and regulations.
Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and saltwater disposal requirements.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Performing any other tasks assigned by a supervisor as needed.

Working Conditions
Field environment; may be subject to extreme conditions such as heat, cold, etc.
Staying, walking, or sitting for prolonged periods.
Walking on uneven and vegetated terrain.
Working at heights up to 35 feet as needed; climbing steps at a 45‑degree angle up to 35 feet.
Using hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms; climbing stairs; balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; talking or hearing.
Occasionally lifting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to carry a self‑contained breathing apparatus if needed.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type
Full‑time position.
14/7 (14 days on, 7 days off) rotational schedule.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Day and night shifts available.
10–12‑hour shifts.
Occasional call‑outs at night.

West Texas (Northern Delaware Basin), Orla, TX.
