Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 4+ years’ of experience with State and Local Tax.
• CPA or Licensed Attorney.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with credibility and influence.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI).
• Experience with Alteryx is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex state and local tax planning and compliance projects for corporate and pass-through entities.
• Deliver state and local tax advisory services, including nexus studies and tax minimization.
• Research and analyze SALT issues including apportionment, unitary filings, and nexus considerations.
• Communicate work plans, objectives, and timelines to project teams and clients.
• Mentor and develop Associate and Senior Associate staff; manage workloads and deadlines.
