gpac is actively seeking a Senior State & Local Tax (SALT) Manager to lead and grow our SALT practice in Grand Rapids, MI. You will direct engagements, mentor staff, and collaborate on business development to expand services for diverse clients.

The role demands strong leadership, technical SALT skills, and a client-focused approach to deliver compliant, strategic tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA required (MST preferred).
• 8+ years of State & Local Tax experience in public accounting or industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of state and local tax matters.

A reputable public accounting firm is looking to add a Senior State & Local Tax (SALT) Manager to their growing tax team. This stable and well-established firm provides clients with comprehensive tax consulting and compliance services across a variety of industries. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced SALT professional to lead client engagements, mentor staff, and contribute to the expansion of the practice.

Senior SALT Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and manage State & Local Tax consulting and compliance engagements
