Job summary

gpac is seeking a Senior State & Local Tax (SALT) Manager to lead state tax consulting and compliance engagements for clients across industries. You will mentor staff, review complex tax work, and help expand the SALT practice with business development efforts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting, active CPA (MST preferred), and 8+ years of SALT experience in public accounting or industry. Strong client service and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active CPA required (MST preferred).
• 8+ years of State & Local Tax experience in public accounting or industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of state and local tax matters.
• Proven leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service.
