Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related area.
• CPA Required.
• 10 plus years of relevant experience.
• Strong state and local tax knowledge and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Leading multi-state tax filings and tax return preparation (sales/use, franchise, gross receipts, property tax).
• Overseeing state and local tax liability calculations and GAAP reporting.
• Staying current on state/local tax laws, regulations, and rulings.
• Tax planning, compliance, and consulting on income tax implications.
• Coordinating with external tax teams and year-end income tax prep.
• Leading annual 1099 preparation and business licenses/Unclaimed property filings.
