• Oversee state/local tax liability calculations and GAAP reporting.
• Monitor tax law changes and advise on state/local taxes.
• Tax planning, compliance, and consulting for operations.
• Coordinate with external income tax team; prepare state apportionment.
• Lead audits and annual 1099 filings.
• Oversee business licenses renewals and applications.
• Drive tax process improvements and automation.
• Assist year-end tax work and escheat/compliance.
• Lead unclaimed property reports.
