Job summary

Morton Salt in Fairless Hills, PA, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians, plan and schedule seven days maintenance, ensure equipment reliability, and align with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to meet production goals.

You will oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency work, monitor CMMS (SAP) work orders, promote safety, and drive continuous improvement through structured problem solving and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience planning maintenance activities and CMMS usage (SAP/CMMS).
Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop a team of hourly maintenance staff in a safe and productive environment.
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily/weekly maintenance to support production needs.
Assign and monitor preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work.
Coordinate maintenance schedules with Operations to minimize downtime.
Review SAP/CMMS work orders, ensure documentation and history accuracy.
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for long-term reliability.
Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes and asset performance.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, LOTO, confined space, and electrical safety.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Warehouse, Quality, and EHS on projects.
