Formación

• Minimum of eight years of tax experience.
• Five years of SALT experience within relevant organizations.
• Two years of SALT M&A experience.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver due diligence and tax structuring services.
• Manage SALT due diligence and structuring projects.
• Analyze SALT issues like Nexus and Taxable Exemptions.
• Act as a liaison for additional service opportunities.
