Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years tax experience including 5 years SALT experience.
• Minimum 2 years SALT M&A experience.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver due diligence and tax structuring services.
• Manage SALT component of due diligence and structuring projects.
• Analyze various SALT issues such as Nexus and Combined Reporting.
