Hair Saloon is seeking a Saloon Coordinator to lead the guest journey from check-in to check-out, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and elevated experience. You’ll be the first and last contact, handling bookings, phones, and transactions while keeping the front of the Saloon inviting.

Ideal for those who enjoy helping guests, with no prior experience required. This year-round, part-time role offers afternoon/evening shifts and Saturdays in a locally owned, family-oriented environment.

Part-Time | Afternoon / Evenings & Saturday Shifts Required

A Better Guest Experience Starts With You

As a Saloon Coordinator, you’re the first and last point of contact for our guests and that makes you essential to the Hair Saloon experience. This is more than a receptionist role. You’ll lead the guest journey from start to finish, ensuring each visit feels smooth, welcoming, and elevated. Your attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to build relationships will set the tone for everything we do.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with a warm welcome
• Manage the guest experience from check-in to check-out
• Book appointments, answer phones, and handle monetary transactions
• Keep the front of the Saloon organized and inviting
• Support the team and maintain daily operations

Qualifications

• No previous experience necessary
• Available for shifts on weekday afternoons/evenings (M-Th 4-8 PM, F 4-6 PM) & Saturdays (7 AM - 4 PM)
• 16+ years old (or have a valid work permit)
• Year-round position - not seasonal
